Prices, information about delivery and delivery cost
The prices, shown up in the appropriate offers are end-prices. They contain all price parts including taxes like VAT.
Actually we only deliver to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Delivery cost for delivery within Germany:
- In case your order amount is below 60,- € we charge a flat shipping rate of 5,90 €
- In case your order amount is below 20,- € we charge a flat shipping rate of 11,90 €
Delivery within the EU
Actually we deliver to Austria. The flat shipping rate is € 12,00. If you reside in another EU Country, please contact us for detailed information.
Delivery to Switzerland and other non EU Countries.
We also deliver to Switzerland. The flat shipping rate is € 12,00 plus an extra processing fee of € 40,00 , which is neccessary for preparing the customs declaration. If you reside in another non EU Country, please contact us for detailed information.
Display and calculation of delivery cost.
The cost for delivery are displayed in the basket system and on the checkout page.
The flat shipping rate contains VAT. Due to the condition that the VAT calculation depends on the basket’s content, the VAT can be reduced if you order goods belonging to a tax group with lower tax rates (e.g. coffee). This means the flat shipping rate can be computed finally during the order process. In any case the shipping rate will not be higher than displayed before the final calculation.
Delivery time
If you order before 2 pm, we guarantee same day shipment processing. In most cases the delivery is possible within the next two working days, provided the orderd item is available (exeptionally shipment on Saturday). In case of a delay in shipment, due to an item beeing out of stock, we will inform you immediately via email.
